Under 12s Whites v Walsham u12s

Ipswich Valley Rangers B v Walsham Le Willows

As prediticed this game was going to be a hard fought match. and it started from the off as neither side giveing an inch, as the game settled down we had most of the play and after some neat football down the left from Freddie, who crossed into the box,the ball found its way to Chase who hit an unstoppable shot into the top corner.
Just before half time Elliot Curtis was involved in a challenge in which he was a bit late,He was spoken to by the referee, but reacted with a very postive attitude.

half-time 1-0

The weather was getting worse at the start of the second half with rain sleet and snow followed by hale stones making the pitch heavy. The boys were sent back out with their tails up and determined not to let walsham back into the game. A scappy ten minutes was followed by a good team goal with Chase Holland on hand to score his second of the game. Walsham got a penalty with ten minutes to go which they scored. But again to the boys spirit and fight we increased our lead with seven minutes to go. Chase holland completed his hat-trick great finish again given the keeper no chance.

Full Time 3-1.

I must say all the boys wanted to win this game and not one player let any of his team mates down. A GREAT TEAM EFFORT. well done we are proud of you and you are one of the reasons why our club is going places.

Hope you are all dry and warm now, see you training tuesday 6-7 claydon.
